The principles set out in this General Privacy Policy and Disclosure Statement will apply to any personal information you provide to Circle Solutions via our website or under any other agreement or arrangement and to information which we collect about you from other sources. This General Privacy Policy and Disclosure Statement does not apply to acts and practices of Circle Solutions which relate directly to the employee records of our current and former employees nor does it relate to Circle Solutions' treatment of the privacy of users of an Circle Solutions Service.

Circle Solutions collects personal information for the following purposes:

• to send promotional material about Circle Solutions and our services to prospective customers;
